Cost and Payment

The actual price can be provided only when the technical specifications are drawn up and depends on the scope of work, the price of parts and the complexity of the work.

We are always ready to give a preliminary estimate of the cost of work by phone.

Before doing the work, we will call you back again, announce the actual price, the time of work, the fact of the availability of spare parts necessary for the work, which determines whether the repair will be done within a period of no more than 5 days.

When replacing parts, an advance payment of 50% of the cost of the work is required.

Terms of Work

If the necessary spare parts are available, the work will be completed within 5 working days.

If it is necessary to order spare parts, the terms depend on the delivery time of the spare parts.

Warranty Obligations

We provide a warranty for the elimination of factory defects and assembly defects of components replaced during the upgrade, tuning.

The warranty period is 1 month from the date of completion of work.

Frequent Prerequisites for Upgrade

• Low power reserve.

  You can replace the tire with a new one, with a thicker rubber and a protective layer, it will be less likely to get punctured, you can add anti-puncture liquid, you simply won’t notice many punctures, with serious ones you may have to go and glue them, with minor ones, which make up 90% of cases, the tire won’t even need to be pumped up (at least not on the road)

How we Upgrade

It all starts with the technical task/your wishes/goals.

Based on this data, we will be able to give a preliminary estimate of our work.

Then the technical task will be drawn up.

As soon as the entire range of work has been identified, before starting to perform any work, our manager will contact you to approve the final price of the work, regardless of whether it has changed or not, and you will be told the entire range of services, regardless of whether it has changed or not, which are planned to be provided.

Optionally (free, but you need to say that you want it) during the work we can take before and after photos and this is especially important if the work was done with something that you will not be able to check visually after assembly. For example, you will not be able to visually check the increase in battery capacity in the assembly.

After the work is completed, you can pick up your equipment from our service center or get it back by mail.

If the services provided included the replacement of parts together with your equipment, we will return your old parts to you.

Additional Battery for Electric Transport Connected in Parallel

When the main battery of your electric vehicle is in normal condition and properly performs its functions, changing it, re-soldering it or even climbing into it is pointless.

In such a situation, it is advisable to connect a second battery with a similar voltage in parallel.

If you want to connect batteries of different capacities in parallel (which usually makes sense and happens) or charge any of them at any time and to any voltage, then you need to connect them through diodes (Schottky). They will prevent current flow between the batteries. It should be noted that this method is more suitable for gear motors and does not support recuperation and engine braking.

Adding Capacity to an Electric Vehicle Battery

To add capacity to an electric vehicle battery (while maintaining voltage), you need to add “long” p-rows of elements consisting of 10 elements at a nominal value of 36V, or 13 elements at a nominal value of 48V.

You need to add rows consisting of elements with the same capacity and internal resistance, in which case the capacity and resistance of the “short” rows will change by the same amount.

When repacking a battery, you can simultaneously increase its voltage to increase speed and power. The same method is used when repairing/repacking batteries to keep the “short” s-sections equal in capacity and resistance.
If the voltage increases, the BMS will need to be replaced.

Replacing an Electric Vehicle Battery

A complete replacement of the electric vehicle battery together with the case is suitable when the old battery is in an inconvenient place, for example, on the luggage rack. This has a negative effect on the balance and center of gravity of the electric bike and it is advisable to move it to a more convenient place.

The ideal place to place the battery is the lower tube of the main triangle of the frame.

An electric vehicle battery can be replaced together with the case when the case of the old battery is too small to accommodate a sufficient number of elements.

However, there are cases when the case is in a convenient place, for example, behind the seat tube, and there is enough space for a new capacious battery.

The Chinese often pack small battery assemblies into a large case, filling the voids with foam rubber, these voids can be used to add new cells.

Any consequences of using the equipment after the upgrade occur solely under your responsibility!

If after the upgrade your vehicle at your order became capable of driving more than 25 km/h, it automatically changes the class of the vehicle in accordance with the law and is considered a moped.

Do not forget that to drive such a vehicle you need a license, insurance, possibly a permit for operation and it is prohibited to drive on bicycle paths.

We are not responsible for potential legal problems, financial or physical damage, fines, prison terms and any other potential types of damage.

By receiving upgrade services from us, you automatically agree that you are responsible for any potential damage caused by you and your modified vehicle.

Also, most of the vehicles that have undergone an upgrade cannot be used on public roads and can only be used in private property. We are not responsible if you use a vehicle that has undergone an upgrade on public roads!

If your vehicle has a manufacturer's warranty on the parts that will be affected by our service center's intervention, it may lose this warranty if the work performed is a prerequisite for refusing warranty service/repair if this is stated in their documentation. Loss of warranty is also your responsibility.
